They serviced me even though they we're extremely busy on this sunday and got my car done faster than anticipated. Definitely will recommend this location to family and friends. Unlike the location on 384 commack rd. Which turned me away while I still in the parking lot and unprofessional comment on how I got my license. Will never go back to that branch.

After asking around at the location where only two of your employees are working, I find out that you scheduled five customers for 9 AM. What kind of logic is that? How do you schedule five appointments within one hour at a location with only two employees? It’s already 10 AM and no one has even started working on my car. People plan their schedules around these appointments — work and other responsibilities. What am I supposed to do now after waiting here for hours? Your behavior is extremely irresponsible. It seems like you’ve made a habit of inconveniencing people. Shame on you and on whoever allows this kind of management. I will never come back again. I would also like to add this: Afterwards, you will probably send me messages trying to defend yourselves and attempt to call me. At 10:03 AM, my vehicle was finally taken in, and a third person started working. However, this does not change the fact that scheduling five appointments within one hour is completely unreasonable.
