    They were so helpful. Plymouth insurance was paying my rental and told me extremely late the same day that the rental was due in an hour. I tried communicating with them beforehand given that enterprise is closed on Sunday and I work 12 hour shifts at a hospital and they wouldn’t give me a straight answer. I was forced to return it the next day and was fearing the extra charge but upon explaining the situation to the two employees working at 12pm on the 6th they helped me out with that charge. I will definitely be coming back to enterprise when I need a rental they actually treat you like a human being.

    I took a one day rental for a full size car but their Nissan ultima had issues with transmission system and so I was given a paid upgrade instead of a free upgrade. I hope they don't charge me the extra $16
