  We were on our way to a school event when something in the road put a hole in our tire (who would have thought roads in NY were garbage). We stopped in at Mavis about 5:45, and they got. us right in! They tried to fix the hole, but it was unpluggable. They got us all fixed up and back on the road. The manager was super friendly; very personable. Nobody complained about a last minute work duty. If we lived closer, we would definitely be regulars!

  Great place. Bathrooms are clean and the service is speedy. Under new management from the old team. Much better!

  Stopped into the Dansville location on a whim to see about getting my breaks done and a few other things and was so excited to see Adam P back at this location. I had stopped coming because he was transferred. He is always so nice, polite and extremely helpful. You can tell he really cares about his work and especially the customers. Hope he is back permanently. Thank you so much Adam you are the best!

  I made the mistake of trying to take my snow tires off my car myself. Never had this problem before, but I could not get the tires off. I put the all seasons in the back of SUV until I could make an appointment somewhere. I called a couple local shops during the following week and they all closed before I could get out of work and were not open weekends. Today I was running some errands and drove by Mavis Discount Tires in Dansville. It was late afternoon on a Saturday but I pulled in to see if they were open. Not only were they open, the immediately went into action pulling my car into a lift bay and swapping the tires. The service tech had no problem removing the stubborn tires and installing my all seasons. The staff's willingness to accommodate me, late in the day with no appointment was above and beyond the service that has become acceptable these days. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. I can positively say that Mavis Discount Tires has earned my future business.

  I had an excellent experience getting a brake flush done here. The service was incredibly fast, but what really stood out was how thorough and professional the team was throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary, and had me back on the road in no time. It’s not often you find a shop that combines speed, honesty, and quality work so well. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable service!
