  I am highly satisfied with my experience because every time I come to valvoline the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient even while providing fast service. My car already feels like it’s driving better immediately after service. The manager Alex is also very helpful and willing to answer any service questions you may have.

  I had a coolant service done on my 2019 Toyota Camry here on April 7th. About a week later, I got an “Engine Coolant High” warning. When I checked under the hood, the radiator cap was missing and the coolant level was very low. This was never an issue before the service. I had to replace the radiator cap and refill the coolant myself to prevent further overheating. Also noticed the coolant color was not the correct Toyota pink, which raises concerns about what was used during the service. This could have caused serious engine damage if I didn’t catch it in time. I would be cautious coming here for coolant-related services.

  Wonderful service here, as always! Everyone is honest, helpful and works quickly to get you out. I always have at least two kids with me and they never get restless - that’s how efficient they are :)

  Great service as always although quite pricey on the rear differential oil change. Also, I did not change the cabin air filter mainly because it costs $55 - sorry but that's asking just too much for a $9 item. I just purchased one to fit on my own and its actually quite an easy install.
