  Woke to a very soft tire and I could see a screw or something in it. Stopped at Mr Tire on my way to work. The gentleman (don’t remember his name) was very helpful.. I left my car and he called me couple hours later that it was a bolt and too big to patch and that I’d need a new tire. Thankfully he was able to get one that day and I drove off at 1:00! Great place to deal with, highly recommend!

  Excellent service, fast turn around town. Blew a tire and within ten minutes they set my appointment in their system. In no time flat I was back on the road. Great service team ❤️

  Blowing out my tire could have been such a bad day and long process and it truly wasn't! I had such a great experience with these guys. I was in and out, without and appointment, in less than an hour. They were fast and professional and saved the day!

  Just want to give a major shout out to Mr. Tire Auto Service Center ( next to Starbucks) … the belt on our car snapped as we got into Cortland and the vehicle was not drivable . They took the car right in , we were able to get the part and they fixed it within 45 minutes. The staff was so nice! If anyone ever needs a recommendation for servicing your car in the area, that place is great.

  I made an appointment the day before for an oil change and inspection for 2pm the next day. Called the day of to confirm appointment and was told I wasn't put on the schedule, but it was no problem 2 was still fine. Arrived at 2pm, was told my car wouldn't pass because of low tread. Fine, said go ahead and put new tires on. Also asked for washer fluid to be filled. Watched friends and family come in and conversate, one asked for a donut to be put on her car. Brought her in and out within 20 minutes. While I'm 2.5 hours into my visit and tires still weren't on my car. When I asked why it was taking so long I was informed that "It takes time." I've had all of these things done at other shops and never has it taken that long. 4 hours in total I waited for tires to be put on my car, my washer fluid wasn't filled, and a sticker wasn't put on my windshield for proof of the oil change being done, so i had to call and make sure it was. Irritated doesn't even explain how I felt about this whole experience. I won't be going back.
