- TWTravis Williams3 days ago1.0Very disappointing experience. I made an appointment for 9 am to have tires switched from snow to all season. I dropped the car off at 9 and left. I returned at 10:45…still not done. I left and returned at 3 pm…still not done. I questioned the person at the counter as to when it would be done. He stated that there was only one mechanic working and he did not know if he’d get to it before closing. I said that I made a 9 am appointment and they should not have taken the job if they were overbooked. He replied to me that he did not personally book the appointment! That is completely not the point. Somebody at Mr. Tire took appointment and did not honor it. I left and returned a few minutes before 5…still not done. The job was finally completed at roughly 2 o’clock the next day. Terrible customer service. No apology…just pay $150 and go away.
