  Edit: the manager of the store reached out and offered to price match what Goodyear had on their Goodyear.com site. My recommendation for Goodyear corporate, don’t undercut your own stores. It’s very easy to quickly look up pricing and when you make it so your store has to be the most expensive expensive place to get your tire, it is a bad look. I kind of feel for the store manager having to compete against his own company essentially. Thank you to him for doing what he could to make it right. Been going here with three vehicles for years. Not anymore. Got a quote for tires (Cooper Endeavor 255/65R18) and booked an appointment. The price for those was roughly equal to anywhere else. They also did $100 discount but their labor is almost double other local shops so that’s a wash. About 20 minutes before the appointment they call and say they don’t have the tires but they will put on Goodyear Fortera the same price and they normally sell those for $30 more. Ok, cool. It’s winter and I needed rubber on there to be safe so trusted them. Stupid mistake on my part to trust them. After having them put on I had time to look them up and they are between $30-60 per tire than the Cooper tires on the quote from anywhere but here. When I went and showed them They told me if I had asked for the Fortera’s in the first place they would have price matched but because I asked for the Coopers they will only price match to those, which are more expensive tire anywhere else. So the are giving me the privilege of overpaying 20+% because of their screw up not getting me the right tires in time for the appointment they scheduled. I hope ripping me off for a couple hundred once was worth the loss of a couple thousand per year.

  My TPMS was flashing low pressure because of the cold. I stopped by Goodyear and Ryan topped off all 4 tires and I was on my way in minutes. Quick and friendly customer service!

  A mechanic at Goodyear broke my tail light lens and tried to cover it up ..... I talked to the shop manager and he reviewed my tail light lens and he agreed that it was broken by their mechanic .... he replaced the tail light lens for free with no hassles and no charge to me. This business is A+++++ ... I highly recommend them
