  Had two bald tires so I needed two new ones and a wheel alignment. I also had a cracked rim that they said they would send out to be fixed. They put a donut on because I needed to use the car the next day. Two tires , road hazard, an alignment and a fixed rim came to $900, which I thought was a bit pricey. The reason they're getting four stars is because they didn't initially offer me the $84.99 wheel alignment without my asking after the fact, and when they took the donut off, they didn't put it back in its well and secure it, but just threw it in the back of my trunk, on top of my clean sweater and the other things that were in the trunk and they also bent the part that keeps the donut in place underneath the mat. C'mon Mavis. You can do a lot better than that. I definitely won't be coming back to this particular location. POST OWNER REVIEW: ALSO, APPARENTLY THE OWNER DOESN'T READ THE REVIEWS (I SAID I WOULD NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION) AND JUST GIVES A STOCK POSITIVE REPLY-DESPITE THE NEGATIVE REVIEW.

  Coram is the only Mavis I will ever come to! You can trust them, they’re honest, nice, fast, and know what they’re doing. Got me in and out faster than any shop ever has. Really nice team. Manager even gave me a coupon to help out with price since the oil prices are up right now! :)

  Excellent experience! Brought in my wife's Mazda CX-9 for new tires and rear brakes. Mike and Neil (please tell me I got the right names.LOL), were fantastic! Very nice and very knowledgeable. I will 100% be returning for future work. Thank you, guys!

  This Mavis, in Coram, NY was extremely accommodating! I got there half an hour until closing and they didn't have my oil filter on hand. I told Neil, the gentleman behind the counter, that I had no problem coming back tomorrow but he insisted I stay, he could have one in less than ten minutes. I stayed, he got it and they had my oil changed and tires rotated in fifteen more minutes. The mechanic was friendly AND Neil got me a $20 coupon! I highly recommend this location!

  I am so disappointed. The man at the counter was curt with me when he looked up my license plate and tried to verify my address and the address in the system was incorrect and never an address I lived at before. I feel like my concern was MORE than warranted. Having a wrong address connected to MY plate sounds VERY fishy and like something I -should- be concerned about but he just wanted to rush into business and verify my information without telling me the address that was in the system again. There was no line, by the way. I scheduled an appointment to have my tires replaced. They had specific tires in mind for me to keep the price low. I waited an hour and a half for them to finish other vehicles and start on mine. Then I was told they didn't have the tires in stock. He offered a $100 credit towards service, was told the tires were in stock by management, still could not find them, and then had to retract the credit offer, as per management. Took my business elsewhere. This was a very negative experience.
