I had a low tire and didnt know if had to get plugged or what. They took me right away, popped my truck up on the lift and diagnosed the problem. Clean spot to wait. It wasn’t anything major and they were honest and understanding. Thank goodness for this place. Otherwise i would have been out in the cold trying to fix never knowing if it was something more. No problems until we got up here and went out to Rocky point to stay in an Airbnb for a week, and after getting completely stuck in the snow, as soon as I started to drive the car I could feel there was something wrong with the back tire that I didn’t change. I looked for the nearest tire place and found Mavis about 3 miles away. They were absolutely fantastic. Neil, the gentleman behind the counter was Fantastic. He explained everything and said every question I had. The gentleman that changed my tire did a fantastic job! For whatever reason, I was a little jaded, I thought that the price was going to be through the roof, but it wasn’t at all. Neil explained what tires he had for my car that would fit and the prices and what features each tire had. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you’re ever out in Cora, N.Y. & You need a tire plus a list of their things they take care of, Mavis is definitely the place I would suggest. They really were fantastic. 👍🏼
