  I will always get my work done here. The employees are all so friendly and professional, I've never had a bad experience here. They even surprised my 5 year old son with an ice cream while we were stuck inside and the ice cream man showed up. 10/10

  This is my third time using this Valvoline station and for the third time in a row I have had an incredible experience. The staff are kind, talented, and not pushy in the slightest. They have a natural gift of being able to explain what each part of the car does and why a certain product may benefit the life of the car. Three visits, I’ve never felt pushed to purchase anything further than what I came in for. However, after hearing their explanations, I trust them to not lead me astray and only add what is necessary to my service. The manager Danny & technician Henry worked on my vehicle today and both could not have been more kind, patient, or professional. 10/10 experience largely due to the staff.

  Another great visit at Valvoline Copaigue. Henry worked on our second vehicle this week and made sure all was well with the suv. He and the team were very informative, sharing some info with how we can get the best performance and life out of our vehicle. This is our family car so Valvoline helps make sure we’re all set for more trips to come. Listen, the timeliness and service of this location I can’t say enough of- I was the 4th car in the garage, and it still only took them a few mins to get to my car and start service to get me back on the road. Shout out to Danny for running a smooth shop here on Long Island. The local shop would have needed our car kept there all day and was actually slightly more in price. Thanks again to management and the team here for helping maintain our vehicles. See you for the next one!

  Great visit today at Valvoline Copaigue. Henry did an awesome job servicing our suv. Made sure everything was in top shape and was very informative throughout. Guy knows his stuff! Not to mention the friendly and prompt greeting when I arrived in the lot. Management runs this place incredible. To be honest their pricing beat the local mechanic and the time in and out elsewhere can’t compare with Valvoline. I’ll be back tomorrow with our other vehicle. Thanks Danny, Henry and the crew at Copaigue!
