- LBLarissa BauknightFeb 27, 20265.0I arrived at mavis to put air in my tire. By the time I pulled into the lot my tire was off the rim. The customer service there was awesome. Bill and the manager explained to me what they could do to help me and took my car right in. The guy Liam that was working on my tire couldn’t get my tire to hold the air because my rim needs to be replaced. He cleaned the rim and sealed it and it still was not working. He worked hard on it and then had a hard time getting my spare from under my truck but he didn’t give up. I appreciate the service that I received because they could have just whisk me off but they didn’t. Thank you guys so much.

Kim at the front was extremely helpful and informative on the wait time & process.
