But it would be at least 2. Went to ihop and came back in an hour and 15. Car hadn’t moved from where I parked it. After witnessing some other “not ideal” customer service to more than 1 other customer, and not knowing how long it would be, I just left. Waste of time and would never return.

It started when Jimmy, who was actually fired a year later convinced me that they could replace the tires and also replace the serpentine belt. They put the wrong size belt on and my car made a loud clunking noise when the car idled or drove the minute I drove off. I went back immediately and they said there was nothing they could do and it must be another issue. I had to take it back to my mechanic who charged me $1800 to fix it. They also replaced the wrong tire on my vehicle as well as the right tire so they threw out my brand new tire and charged me for an additional tire. I was able to negotiate with them to at least get the tire at cost, but it still cost me money for a tire. I didn’t actually need. They told me that the tire that had been on the vehicle was thrown out by accident and they had been confused about which tire to replace and so they replaced one correct one and one wrong one. They told me there was nothing they could do because the tire was at cost to them so they had to charge me something for it. I ended up paying $100 for that tire, which was a tire that didn’t need to be replaced. I spoke to the regional manager, Brian, who is incredibly dismissive and aggressive and refused to do anything about this cost telling me that the belt issue could’ve happened anyway without Mavis being involved. I explained that there was no issue with my belt, making a noise prior to this. I then went back to my mechanic to have an inspection done and they noticed that Mavis put the wrong sized tire on two of my replacement tires. I went back to Mavis and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Since then, Jimmy has been fired. Rich was nice but not helpful and Kendall was super sweet, but couldn’t do a thing about it. Altogether it cost me over $3500 for repairs that caused further damage to my vehicle and I now have tires that are not the right size on my vehicle. I would never recommend you taking your car there. They also took over five hours to change my tires when I went to All Weather tire the next time, they changed the tires within 15 minutes.

I needed an oil change and I was relocating the prior day 5 hours away. Thanks again to Rich (the mgr), Jay, and another employee that took care of my vehicle needs. Kind, accommodating, compassionate, reasonable and professional support was what I could really highlight in this visit. I'd come again if need be and in town. Will also recommend.
