  Went in to have a tire checked out. Was losing air. They tried to sell me two new tires. Brought my car into Subaru and they fixed the valve for $60. Don’t fall for their BS. Not an honest dealership. I knew the guy was pushy when he spoke to someone on the phone for a wheel alignment price. He told them you get what you pay for when you get a cheaper price. Do yourself a favor pass them bye!!!

  I drove out East to Smithtown for an evening event and was over 20 miles from home. Upon arriving at my destination, I noticed my front left tire was losing air fast. It was 32 degrees out, dark and I had no desire to play with a spare tire. All the stores nearby were already closed but this one was open and only a few miles away. I called and spoke with Anthony who told me to stop by, and they will see what they can do. He did this even though they were about to close for the night within less than an hour. Upon arrival Anthony checked my tire and took the car into the garage to put it on a lift. 30 minutes later I was back on the road with a fixed tire. The night went from a serious headache to a fun time once I was able to return to the venue for which I originally came. Serious thank you to this store, I was very happy with the service and there was no pressure or attempt to oversell me. Just got me back on the road happy.

  Friend took her car in for new tires and serviced. They broke a bolt off of her wheel, didn't tell her, and still charged her for a full service. When she statyed driving noticed something wasn't right. Inspected it when she got home and noticed there was a bolt missing. Unacceptable service!

  AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS We brought our car in for a simple skid plate replacement after ours came off on our Honda. Should’ve been a quick, easy thing. When they were done, we realized that every time we braked the car there would be a crazy skidding sound. IT WAS NOT THERE PRIOR TO THE SKID PLATE REPLACEMENT. And our pads DO NOT require a replacement. When I returned to the car to Goodyear and told them it was making a sound that wasn’t there prior to them working on it, they got extremely toxic and expressive. One gentleman told me that they “were not liable for anything” and if we wanted them to take a look at it there would be a “$250 DIAGNOSTIC” fee. WHAT A SCAM! I’ve heard of mechanic businesses doing this type of SCAM but hoping it’s not the case. But they wouldn’t even look at it unless I PAID THEM! FOR THEIR MISTAKE! In any case, AVOID THESE PEOPLE!! Even if there is no foul play, they are extremely uncompromising, unhelpful and greedy. A mechanic should look at your car whenever!! ESPECIALLY if it’s an issue they might’ve caused.. Never pay a mechanic $250 JUST TO LOOK at your car!
