  Our company has used this location for many years, and the service was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, that no longer seems to be the case. It appears there may have been a leadership change, because the level of customer service has declined significantly. In my last few rentals, I’ve either received a call saying there were no cars available or been told upon arrival that the vehicle I reserved was unavailable. Most recently, I reserved a van for pickup today. Given the pattern, I called ahead yesterday to confirm and was assured a van would be ready. However, when we arrived, there was no van available. We were told there had been a recall issued on all vans just the day before. What’s concerning is that a friend of mine had a similar experience months ago—she reserved a van and was given a truck instead, with the same explanation about a “recall.” This repeated pattern raises serious concerns about transparency and honesty at this location. It feels as though a culture has developed where customers are misled, and little regard is given to the inconvenience caused. Even more disappointing, there is no proactive effort to make things right, you have to ask to be accommodated, rather than it being offered. Enterprise Rent-A-Car has always been my rental company of choice. I travel frequently and have experienced exceptional service at many locations around the world. It’s disappointing that the poorest experience I’ve had has been in my own hometown. I would strongly recommend picking up from the airport or another location, especially if reliability and customer service matter to you.

  I rented a vehicle last week for 4 days due to my car being towed to the dealer. Everything went well. Drew was great. Helpful, kind, and upbeat. He explained everything. I have a hard time with names. Sam was very kind and as was another gentleman who I talked with. I think it is a good place to do business and I will be changing to Enterprise for all my vehicle rentals, from another major rental company. I hope they (Enterprise) are all the same with customer service in other parts of the country. As it turns out, I will be returning Monday for another rental, and will see Drew.

  My contact Drew was great; stayed in touch and very personable. Ease of pickup and drop-off at body shop was excellent. Car itself drove very well and was perfect for my needs. Thanks!
