The staff member who helped me was an absolute sweetheart! Give her a raise, I am only getting auto parts here from now on... Only if she's working. Staff member was very helpful with what part numbers I needed, and getting all the bells and whistles you'd get next door at pepboys, only for half the price! Very helpful, very great job by the staff member working today. Extremely professional, great place, and with YouTube videos, you can save yourself $100 and a half hour wait that everyplace else WILL charge you. This isn't like your pep boys or Mavis, this place values your time and money! Thank you so much!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
