Another mechanic friend recommended Adirondack Tire because his garage didn't have the equipment to fix my air conditioner that was blowing hot air. We took the car to Adirondack, they informed us that we had an active recall and that Honda should fix it for free. Adirondack did not have to tell us that (thank you). The Honda dealership told me it could cost up to $470 just to find the problem and that it most likely would not be covered under warranty, even though they had replaced part of the AC unit less than a year ago. We went back to Adirondack, they got us right in. The amazing office manager called with a question from the mechanic and then fixed our car pronto. They are friendly, transparent and focused on helping the customer first. That is more than I can say for the Honda dealership that I went to. Great job, Adirondack Tire. Driving in the cool air is nice. Thanks so much! Josh

I needed to get my car inspected and they didn’t have any appointments for the time I was available with my two little kids and being a stay at home Mom. They were able to work me in to their schedule and I was in and out really quickly. I had brought a bunch of toys and things to occupy my kid and didn’t even need them we were in and out so quickly! I really appreciated them being kind and accommodating.
