  Called yesterday for tires guy on phone was great he worked me there the online process on the phone will be getting tires on Monday installed in store but had a bolt in tire and he made me come in and get it patched so I could go to work Monday Great experience and friendly staff

  They did good on the how long it took aspect but they told me there weren’t certain specific issues and then said there were those same issues and tried to get me to have them fix them / kind of a scam. Also if you want your codes ran for a check engine light, they charge $130 for that and advanced auto parts runs diagnostics for free. I got my tires aligned for a fair price

  I called here for convenience as I needed a tire the same day and It was the closest place to my work. The lady who answered the phone was very nice. She was able to get me in and made me an appointment. That’s where the good service ends. I got there and the general manager tried to upsell me on getting four tires when I only needed two. He continued to upsell me through the entire two hours I was there when I was told it would only take 45 minutes to an hour. He made me feel like because I am a female with a nice car I didn’t know what I needed. I asked for my new tires to be placed on the back and yet they placed them on the front. The general manager also seemed to have an attitude with the lady who he was working with which I found unacceptable. It has been 24 hours and my tire pressure light has already come on for the two new tires that were installed.
