    I received an oil change, no appointment. It was a speedy service. A week later, my car was leaking a significant amount of oil on the driveway. I called Monro, and they advised me to get it towed back to them. I spent almost $300 towing my car to them. Initially, they tried to tell me there was enough oil in the car and that it was leftover from the change. But after I explained the multiple oil spots in my driveway, they looked in the car and discovered the drain plug had been improperly placed back during the oil change. They fixed it, but did not compensate me for the oil change or the tow truck. So, I'm happy they were able to fix their error before my car suffered major and dangerous engine damage, but I am upset about the $300 (as well as the day of work I had to miss to take care of this issue).
