  Ok. So handsome frank held the door open for me, then proceeded to approach the counter where I was being served by jolly James. This place is great. I was in and out in less than 3 mins. I had a broken bulb for a taillight in a sandwich baggie. And frank knew right away what and where it was. Grabbed it for me and it was a cash transaction so James had me mosey on over to the last register. But the atmosphere was friendly and easy going, being a woman and not knowing anything about cars or their parts? I was not made to feel uncomfortable or uneducated and that's nice. Definitely service with smiles and kindness. Don't seem like much these days....but to me? It's everything.

  James was extremely helpful today at AutoZone in cobleskill, I appreciate how thorough James was with a free battery check, I will continue to be a patron of this store.

  The associate who assisted me was incredibly helpful. He ensured that I selected the correct wiper blade and even took the time to install it!

  I broke my windshield wiper and they were so helpful with finding the correct one and installed it for me. I'm very appreciative.
