  Brought my car in at 8 am on a Thursday for a scheduled appointment for new tires. Waited a half hour to find out the guy who knows how to drive a manual isn’t there. That’s fine. I got a ride home. Assuming I dropped my car off early it would only take a few hours at the most. Wasn’t until 4:30 pm they call me (after me calling them for an update) saying my car was finished. I arrive there and inspected my wheels to see that the 2 rear rims had been damaged, one notably having deep gouges all along the outside of the rim. I told the lady at the front counter my concern so she went out to take photos. One of the techs claimed that it “wasn’t their machine” that caused the damage. They were new wheels. The lady at the counter would then explain that the machines are new and weren’t calibrated correctly, had someone said something before starting I would’ve brought my car elsewhere. Supposedly they made a claim to corporate and I’m supposed to receive a call or email but have not heard anything yet. Very disappointed in this experience.

  These guys got my tires mounted and balanced within only a few hours and they did a fantastic job. The service writer was very friendly and knew what he was talking about. They were careful with my aftermarket lug nuts, made sure the white letters on my tires were facing outward, and fulfilled my request to install stick on wheel weights instead of pound on weights. Again, fantastic job from these guys. Will definitely be returning to this shop again. 10/10 across the board!

  Brought four tires and aluminum wheels to be mounted and balanced. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and completed the job in a timely fashion.

  Had a few things replaced here recently, From the moment I dropped my car off to the moment I pick my car up the customer service was top-notch. The employees that I worked with went above To make sure I had a good experience. I will be coming back To the Clifton Park location!!
