    Yesterday, I picked up a rental, a Nissan Sentra. It was disgusting. Smelled horrible, to the point where it was making me sick. I called the branch manager Matt and explained to him and he said "no problem stop in in the morning and well take care of you". So this morning, I stopped in and spoke to Kenny and explained to him the situation. He was quick, professional and got me out the door within 10 minutes. He could tell I was a Honda girl and offered me a Honda Civic and he completely made my entire day. Thank you Kenny for your professionalism, sweetness and getting things taken care of so quickly! If anyone needs a fix, or has comments or concerns, Kenny and Matt are your dudes to go to. Thanks again Kenny and Matt! :)

    Great communication, polite service. The van I was given turned out to have an issue that required an exchange, the manager gave me an upgraded vehicle at a heavily discounted rate. Honestly between insurance company and repair shop woes, Enterprise was the only good part of the experience.
