Completed the transaction and I asked the other attendant working under the hood if I was all set ? He said that they haven’t taken off the skid plate to drain the oil . When I asked why I was charged for an oil plug and gasket he said he said I should not have been and would get the service manager . He said it was a mistake ( wasn’t the first time I was charged for these items) and he couldn’t reverse it on my credit card but offers to give me $5 out of his pocket , which I refused it was the principal .
