  All I can say is wow! They actually care about you. They are compassionate, they really helped me today. They are friendly as well and don’t screw people over unlike some places. I used to go here for years then I moved. This morning I made a decision to go to this specific Monroe and thank god I did. Incredible team! I will go here once again going forward. Thank you team for your hard work today!

  Terrible company to do business with. Gave them a deposit of $900 for 4 new tires to be installed on my car. Told me they would call when they arrive. I had to go into the store myself and they say only 1 tire was delivered and to come back. I asked for a refund. It’s been over 2 weeks and still waiting for my $900 back. This company is a joke!

  Made an appointment but when i came there , the person said no one was available to work on my car . “Its the nature of business” is what the guy at the counter said . I Wouldn’t come here again

  I had a 130 appointment for replacement of front shocks on my 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 heavy duty. my vehicle was brought in and put up on the lift at 1:30. It stayed there until approximately 10 after three.Repairs were completed at approximately 430 . Mechanics on duty had absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for the customer waiting.

  Excellent service! Very knowledgeable staff. I had my oil changed and new tires put on. They checked my vehicle to make sure everything else was good to go. Definitely will return for future repairs.
