Gives Hay Hay to the Clifton Park Jiffy-Lube. Head on down there you won’t be disappointed. Promis!
- LHLisa Horn6 days ago1.0If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car here for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I realized my receipt reflected an oil change and inspection. My car was not due for an inspection and there was not a new sticker reflecting it was done. There was also no sticker for the oil change. I called the shop to confirm my tires were rotated. The manager said he would need to watch the video to see. He never returned my call. The next day I’m driving my car and I hear something dragging from under it. The piece that’s removed to do the oil change was not put back on properly. I call them to let them know and they state if I bring it in they will rehook it. At that point, the manager remembers me and says he did watch the video and my tires were rotated. I bring my car in driving from exit 16 to 9 with the piece dragging and they say it’s fine, they’ll reattach it and order me another piece because it was damaged. I have not heard from them since. It has been 3 weeks. They also tried blaming Toyota by saying the clips that attach the piece are cheap. I’ve owned the car for 3 years and this has never happened when I bring it to the dealer. The manager said the owner would reach out to me with a coupon for my troubles. I have not received that either but I did tell him not to bother because I will not bring my car back there.

During the inspection, the staff should have verified the mileage and noticed the low tire pressure. My suggestion is to ensure employees are properly trained and accountable for completing their tasks. If you intend to charge dealer prices, the service should meet dealer-level standards; otherwise, consider adjusting pricing to reflect the service provided. 1.5 hours is no longer jiffy its dealership.
