  My new favorite store! This store has a grand entrance that is beautiful. It has everything an outdoorsy family needs. The prices aren't bad for the genuine quality of everything. I got a new outfit, and I will be back.

  What a sad excuse for a fishing store. 3rd time in the Clifton Park NY store and 3rd time completely out of normal fishing gear. Ice fishing season is apon us and no treble hooks size 12,14,16. Unreal. It looks like a wasteland for any ice fishing gear. So disappointing for a premier outdoor store. Salmon season they had no fluorocarbon leader line. There is just no excuse when I can go to dicks and get that stuff.

  I've been here twice, and Google is begging me for a review, so I'll guess I'll do it. I live in Clifton Park, and I have never shopped at a Bass Pro before so I don't have anything to compare it to. Visually, it's a really nice store. I mean, really nice. I love the entry way area with the fireplace and the small aquarium in the back. I love all things woodland/mountains and this was nice. There is a wide range of products offered here. However, it was felt very "tourist-y" to me and I feel like that is the take-away experience they're going for? I don't know. I was a little overstimulated in there - very bright lights and noisy. And busy, but that's understandable as I know that people travel from all over to shop here. They have a nice selection of Carhartt clothing....for men. There are some Carhartt women's products there but nowhere near the amount they have for men which is disappointing as it's a preferred brand for me. I think they could do better with the women's side of the clothing area. I'll be back, I'm sure, but not on a weekend.

  I was too late to use the card, but wanted to praise the young woman at the Customer Service desk 12/19. She went out of her way to exchange a jacket I bought at Utica store even though it was not in inventory at Clifton Park. She was able to order it on line for what i paid on sale. Great employee!
