  I enjoy coming to this location Dave and his team are always helpful and polite the one gentleman max that help me was amazing I will for sure return to this location as well as recommend it to my colleagues the way they go out there way to help customers is greatly appreciated keep up the great work guys

  The service here is amazing!! In and out!!! Max helped me throughout the entire process, He helped me thru the whole process of getting a new battery. I will ONLY be returning to this location, thank you so much Max!! Dave also was a pleasure, helped me to get new windshield wipers!!

  Over an hour of waiting I'm sitting here still waiting and haven't even gotten my oil change yet but an hour wait is absolutely unacceptable with 1 car ahead of me. The staff are nice but that doesn't give me my time back.

  I arrived at Valvoline at 9:50AM for an inspection, I did not leave until 3:05PM. There was a good line (5 cars ahead of me, and one in the bay) when I arrived, but I figured I'd be out by 1PM the latest (I had called prior to coming and was told 3 hour wait time is typical at this location). When I was finally two cars away (one car ahead, one car in the bay) a worker came out and told me at 12:10PM that once the inspector finished the current car he was on, he would be needing a lunch break which would take an additional 30 minutes. The car in the bay finished around 1-1:15PM, the next car in line did not go into the bay until 1:52PM after the person driving this car went in and complained. While the inspector was inspecting this car ahead of me, he kept looking outside (rather than doing the inspection timely); he sent a coworker to tell 2 cars that had been waiting in line to leave at 2:05PM, then another car arrived 5 minutes after this and the inspector again was looking outside and sent his coworker to tell that car to leave. My car finally got into the bay at 2:29PM. The inspector quickly talked to me (did not seem friendly at all- no smiling, very monotone), I didn't even hear the price he was talking so fast, then sent me to the waiting area. I am pregnant and the wait- super upsetting. I had to have my husband bring me lunch and I ate while waiting in line. At least my car passed, otherwise I would have been more than upset.

  This Valvoline continually is + great in every way + great service + friendly service in my experience (I’ve continually been going here for many many years for my car’s oil changes and any extra car stuff they service.) + quality windshield wiper blades
