The crew at Valvoline far exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they didn't try to upsell me with too many extra services that I didn't want. They made sure to explain all of the benefits of using Valvoline to me, while getting my oil change done quicker than I've ever seen before! (Only 11 minutes) Additionally, the prices for oil changes are very reasonable. I am very impressed with the crew at the Transit Rd. Williamsville, NY Valvoline, and they have secured my future business for both of my vehicles!

Went for an oil change here once and the morons overfilled my tank by 2 quarts and my engine slipped two days later. Never got a call back from them and they ignored every reparation attempt. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
