  ETA: After posting this review, I was contacted by the regional manager, Mike. There was still a cosmetic issue that I was unhappy with and an additional calibration issue. Dealing solely with Mike, everything was taken care of, including a problem that had nothing to do with the work Gerber originally did on the car. Working with Mike was a great experience and I greatly appreciate the assistance he provided. I brought my car in for collision repairs and was given an estimate that it would take 2-3 days for the work to be completed. I honestly didn't think that was a realistic time frame and was understanding that certain things are beyond the shop's control, such as shipping delays, defective parts, etc. I ended up being without my car for four weeks. The biggest issue throughout the process was the lack of communication. Only once during that time frame did the shop reach out to offer an explanation, and it was via text. The other points of communication were initiated by us. Each time, the completion date was pushed back with a report that another piece hadn't arrived, the person to check calibration didn't show up, a piece was defective (that was ordered three weeks prior), etc. When I finally picked the car up, it was still missing a (cosmetic) piece and the wipers weren't working properly. I couldn't be without a car any longer so I took it and brought the car back when the last piece arrived to be completed. Again, I can be realistic about what the shop can and can't control. Communication is absolutely something that is well within their control. The work itself is fine but I can't see past the experience as a whole.

  Gerber did a phenomenal job fixing up my car and left it looking like brand new. They left the interior more clean than its been in years and also changed the oil for me. If I could give more than 5 stars I 100% would

  I had an issue with my door opening on my Tacoma. It sounded like metal on metal, rubbing. Ryan looked at it and brought out a service technician. He repaired it on the spot. Hard to find genuine service. Thank you.

  My Mom Karen Brauer asked me to share this. She was extremely impressed with the service that she was given by both the technician (Bobby) and the manager (Jess). They both were very helpful in solving the trim problem on her mini coop. Thank you both!!

They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made everything simple and stress-free. The workmanship was top-notch, and my car came back looking better than ever.
