They’re professional, honest, and incredibly efficient. Pricing is phenomenal and everything was handled exactly as explained. I can’t say enough good things about Mavis in Cicero. Received immediate excellent hands on service and care. This was an expensive aftermarket wheel and tpms. Cody came out to vehicle inspected damaged wheel there first (not on vehicle), explained service approach on new wheel/tpms swap, handled new wheel with care, super quick service and super competitive pricing. Done right and addressed my concerns, not just service focused. Thanks again for quick turn around.

I had an appointment and price all set with the location in Liverpool on Oswego rd when I spoke with them they were very rude and disrespectful and they changed the price on me and tried saying I was never quoted the price I was given for tires. James was excellent he gave me an even better price than what I was quoted at from before he listened to my needs and got the work done in a very timely manner.
