  I like that the office picks you up @ the collision repair facility when you drop your damaged vehicle off & returns you there upon completion. Also, appreciated that the office took care of some last minute insurance paperwork as my vehicle repairs were not completed until late in the day on a Friday afternoon which precipitated a need over the weekend for the rental vehicle.

  Showed up with my reserved confirmation papers that stated I wanted to rent a suv. They tell me they don't have any. Wants to know if a sedan will work. No thats not what I reserved. I called prior to coming and was told that the vechile would be ready at 1:30. How do you go from it will be ready at 1:30 to not having any. And then the reservation online said a amount that didn't match what the total was that they said. This was a very unprofessional place.

  I really appreciated the high level of customer service. The team was attentive, quick to respond, and made everything easy. The car was in excellent condition—clean, reliable, and comfortable to drive. I’m very satisfied with the overall quality and service

  Very friendly staff; made sure to answer any questions I had. Emma did a wonderful job making sure I had no concerns and answered any questions I had.

  The car handled very well. I didn't know what most of the buttons were for, & no Sirius radio, but that was ok. The sales lady who dropped it off at Northside Collision was very nice & made the transfer very easy.
