  I love the convenience of this store. Just head out pull in and generally get right in. I understand they have rules and procedures they need to follow, but it is so loud and at times confusing on who’s talking to you or the car next to you. Also, the amount of up selling they pester you the entire time you are they is ridiculous. I go to this same store and they have told me the last 2-3 times my battery is no good…. It’s a brand new battery and I know that as I installed it myself. Then wiper blades, they were replaced just last week and the tech suggested I get new ones because mine weren’t good… they are the most expensive blades they had at the parts store I purchased them from and work phenomenally well. I get it, I really do but sometimes it’s just frustrating.

  There’s a reason I do my own oil changes, but I used VIOC for an inspection that was due and I know I won’t ever do that again. This location is painful from the layout of the driveway/lot to sitting in their waiting room. I couldn’t imagine any child remaining calm and patient in there it’s so bland. No TV, no radio on, no coffee machine just boring and bland and would never want to sit in there again. Idk why Valvoline allows people to walk on their garage floors, but this place is asking for trouble. Close to a decade since I’ve been to one and this here visit will mark my last.

  Talked to a guy named brain. He was unable to demonstrate any real knowledge about cars. Being a mechanic my self I can tell this guy is nothing more than a glorified parts guy. He speaks so confidently about what's what's but when questioned all he can say is that this is the way its done. Showing me air filter that I recently replaced and insisted it was time to change be cause the last time they changed it was over a year ago. So there for its time to change. Are you seriously showing me my clean air filter next to a clean air filter? Does this actually work for you trying to scam people? I wonder how many people have been scammed not knowing how to say no. Its a shame and an embarrassment to the company. Guy clearly knows nothing about cars outside of what he does for work. Don't get scammed Go find an honest knowledgeable location. This one is not what you should be accepting

  They were very kind fast and efficient had me in and out and no time and the problem they had with was miner they took care of it with no extra charge people were nice and very informative they seem like they go above and beyond every worker in the shop was nice and professional

  A lot of moving parts with no movement. I pulled into the lot at around 11:30am an did not leave until 1:30pm. Cars that arrived after I had were pulled in, serviced and left before I even was pulled in. There appeared to be at least eight employees present but they seemed to have no directive. Some wandered while others jumped from task to task and car to car. Nobody seemed to know what anybody else was doing. As far as i could see there was no management or supervision.
