He told me hour wait. I waited the hour and he waived me in to the bay. He asked for my keys and whispers, "$50 AND IT PASSES". I ignore him because my truck is fine and was only there because I was in the area. He makes us wait an hour while he walks around the shop doing oil changes and talking to other people. He then comes in and tells me my truck failed because of license plate lights. I did not bother asking for a manager because we all know these clowns are friends. I brought it to a real mechanic the next morning and it passed no problem. I'M NOT GOING TO BRIBE A SCRAWNY LITTLE BOY FOR AN INSPECTION. VALVOLINE GET YOUR EMPLOYEES UNDER CONTROL. I'm making a complaint to nys as well.
