    I will give five star for the excellent customer service and communication and the work I got my car done At the same day, rotors brake pads, and a caliber. The lady or the manager and the front desk really had good customer service and honest Thanks a lot for your service

    Guys were nice and professional enough, just not experienced on their computer system..Took me over a half hour to cash out…The call center needs to clarify the sale..was quoted a $20 saving on a synthetic oil change..Great.But don’t state it was a mail in offer…I hate those…Staff honored the quote, thank you for that..Took over an hour to receive the oil filter from the supplier…That, to me, is unacceptable..Took 2 hours to complete an oil change…Again, unacceptable…But they did a good job all in all..

    Rob the manager was extremely helpful. I went in for an oil change and he noticed I had a nail in the tire . They swapped my donut on for me while it was getting serviced . He even helped me coordinate how to get a new tire from a different shop because of my warranty. During the oil change Rob kept leaving to just check over the garage Tech , just to make sure everything was done to a T .He's very knowledgeable and I'm very grateful for the service.
