He said oh there’s only grease on the front of me.!!!

The waiting room was clean and comfortable, and I liked that there’s a glass window where you can see them working on your car. The whole process was smooth and professional — I’ll definitely come back for future services.
- BMBree MooreOct 28, 20251.0Zero stars if I could. For starters, I booked my appointment online and I said staying with vehicle. I get there and they tell me drop offs only as there is only one tech and they don’t want to feel rushed. I said well I don’t have a ride so just take your time and do it the right way. Then this other worker talks behind my back to the tech and says “should’ve brought it in sooner” and the tech says “exactly” nice and loud for me to hear. You would think if they only have one tech, whoever is looking at the appointments online (the old man who told me to bring it earlier) should’ve called me ahead of time and I would’ve changed my appointment. Anyways…. He takes my car back to work on it and I understand him taking his time to do it properly like I asked, but he stopped my car 2 times to go and finish 2 other customers cars who were there after me with appointment times after mine. I was there for 2.5 hours waiting for my car…. Worst part of all this, my car wasn’t even done properly and I still had to pay for the service. He knows it wasn’t done properly because for some reason he “couldn’t align my back tire” but didn’t tell me why…. Took my car somewhere else a day later to find out they also took a bolt out near my back tire that “couldn’t be done” Printer was supposedly “broke” so I couldn’t get my specs printed but I did take pictures on my phone. I will never be going back to the Cicero location. Absolutely worst 0/10 do not recommend
