I showed up and my tires weren't there. I proceeded to wait 5 hours for them to finally be delivered from Liverpool around 3. I live 45 minutes away and I wasn't going to drive back and forth. I was then told it was going to be a couple hours before they were even finished because "there's a lot going on". Again, my appointment was at 10 am I had to find a ride home because I wasn't going to sit there for longer. Upon pick up, I asked if my tires were in the van and I was told yes. They were not, they were in the pile of tires outside. The technician was talking crap with an attitude about my previous tires and that they didn't put the right tires on my van. There should have been a phone call at the beginning of the day that my tires were not delivered yet. Instead, I wasted my entire day when I had an appointment. Then to be disrespected by a technician is absolutely insane. I didn't get anyone's names because at this point I don't care. I've never received such awful service and treatment somewhere. Edit: looking at my charges, I was charged for "test tpms system & batteries" and I'm still seeing errors
