- WHWilliam HoagDec 4, 20251.0One of the most unprofessional experiences I have had. Set up to buy and install snow tires. I dropped the car off and later that day was informed they only had 2 of the 4 tires. Said the shipment comes tomorrow and I can leave the car overnight. No one ever calls the next day even though I was told they would call me. I call and get put on hold for 15 minutes until they get me to the person who says the shipment is now coming tomorrow. so Again I leave the car another night. I again have to call myself the next day to be told they are working on it right now. Two hours go by to install 4 tires and I call again to which they tell me I am ready to go. I get to the shop and my car is parked blocked in by 3 other cars. There is a little room and I am told that I can probably fit and “I believe in you”. The car in front of my car ended up getting moved so i didn’t DAMAGE SOMEONE ELSES car. Shipments running late is completely understandable and I was polite and very understanding. It is the people and their response/behaviors throughout the situation that was unacceptable! I would suggest going to anywhere else but here to get anything done.

- DFDerek FeinOct 20, 20251.0I brought my car to this Goodyear Auto Service Center for a routine New York State inspection on September 29, 2025, and unfortunately, my steering wheel leather was damaged while the vehicle was being serviced. I immediately brought this to the attention of the staff and they told me to come back the next day to show it to the manager. I came back the next day and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact Goodyear Customer Support. I did so right away, provided photos and documentation, and was told the District Manager would reach out — but it’s now been weeks with no follow-up or resolution. I’ve been a long-time customer (or was) and expected better accountability when a vehicle is damaged while in the care of a national service brand.

They also informed me that my breaks were getting low with exact percentages. My husband made an appointment with them to replace my brakes as they were the best deal for the best brakes. They even did my inspection without us informing them it needed to be done until that day.
