  Sales lady was very nice and friendly. Took their time on doing a estiment way to long then needed .. was very shocked on all the add on fees and also a detailing fee. When I purchase something it should come all cleaned not added in the end. Charge for new battery and propane tanks and most of all showing how Everything works. 3000.00.. thank you but no thank you. It's used not brand new

  Was it the worst buying experience I've ever had, no but was it the best.... Also no 😏 I will keep this as brief as I can. If you decide to buy a camper from here just keep in mind the culture seems to be one of very high pressure sales with very little concern for customer satisfaction. They do the fast talking generic answer stuff and when you seem dissatisfied, someone else will attack you and then another person until you're worn down. I highly advise you leave at this point (I definitely should have). They'll try to get you to dump a bunch of cash in their laps (you shouldn't do it, that was my second mistake) and if you have a trade they will toss a pathetic price at you. If you have not walked out at that point it's probably to late but you should leave. When you go to pick up your new/used camper the "detailed" walk through you were promised will be rushed and you will have to almost beg for answers and any issues you find will have lipstick tossed at it just to shut you up. Oh and I almost forgot, they will try to sell you dozens of extras while you're finishing your paperwork. As they are sliding papers back an forth some with little to no information others with pages of writing they try to distract you from and if you ask questions every answer will be super rosey or blown off in some creative way. Then when you get home days later you might read those documents and realize you bought nothing but a dream. However at that point it's to late so sit there for hours if you have to or take a lawyer with you. In closing are they the worst in town, probably not but you better be prepared and take some backup with you.

  I was upset when visiting family in Syracuse four years ago when I saw an unlit flag flying during the night. I called this place to let them know they shouldn’t be doing this. Four years later, and no change 😡
