  Went into AutoZone to borrow the code scanner, and the gentleman helped me from start to finish and the situation was a little more involved in troubleshooting than anticipated. And I am very pleased with the assistance and professional professionalism that I received.

  One employee who works there, sadly didn’t get his name, has an extreme attitude problem. When I came in I noticed him refer to another employee as a “jackass, and they he won’t do it for free” not sure what he was referencing. He the proceeded to look me in the eye and rudely say “Jesus Christ I’ll be with you in a minute”. Hadn’t said a word to the guy and I have a quite simple question. I came looking for wire nuts. I told him this and he proceeded to ask “ like for a house” I said sure if that helps you compare in your head what I’m looking for. He then said and I quote “ This is autozone stupid not a home goods store.” I just left honestly, I guess it must’ve been the way I answered the question that gathered that response but I was there for wire nuts for a car, i am trying to terminate a line no longer in use on an old Chevy truck, thought his question was odd and the dude clearly shouldn’t be working in retail with an attitude like that. I could have been a paying customer but now I will never be back! Not sure of the employees name but I’m sure if you ask everyone who works there they’d be able to pinpoint who I’m referencing here.

  Had a great experience at this AutoZone - they replaced my battery and tail light bulbs quickly and at no extra cost. John D was the technician who helped and he did a great job looking up compatible parts and getting everything installed.
