  This place is aweful, the service sucks,customer service sucks. I will never step foot in that place again. So, if you go there,get ready to get bent over.....Goodluck if you do.

  Absolutely terrible experience after buying a camper here. First the sales department got very rude when we declined the thousands of dollars of extras they insisted we buy. They severely damaged my car when installing the hitch and tried to cover it up, when we called them out they promised to compensate us and that never happened. This was after waiting over a week to have everything installed (a week that they had my car) because their service department only had one person who knew how to do it on our vehicle - which is a standard American made pick up truck that is commonly seen pulling much larger campers than what we bought. Immediately had leaking in the bathroom that took them over a month to fix. Had issues with the bumper rusting off within months of purchasing this brand new camper, called service department repeatedly (over a period of 6 months) and even came in person twice and never got a call back from their service department. This last time, they hung up on us when we told the front desk that we have never heard back from their service department! Absolutely horrible experience from start to finish and I strongly warn anyone against buying anything from this place.

  Unexpectedly great. I had no idea there was a massive indoor showroom and store with service and sales all under one roof. I mainly talked to service and they are awesome. I dropped off my trailer on Saturday and picked up Monday. Fast service

  We bought our camper from Camping World brand new in 2024. Two weeks ago we had an appointment to have a 2nd air conditioner installed in the bedroom. It was supposed to be a 1 day affair. Two weeks later we just picked it up today. First the quote they gave us did not include an assembly - another additional $150. When installing a NEW unit how was this not put on there and then they didn't have one and had to "special" order on. This was after they had already had the camper for 3 days and we called to inquire if it was done. No communication at all. The day we called we were told they were in the middle of installing the new unit when they had to stop because they didn't have the assembly unit. We called back a few days later and was told they haven't even brought it in yet to start it. They also said our tires needed to be replaced by the end of the year - the camper has less than 5,000 miles on it. Another false statement to get more money out of us. A few more days go by and they still haven't begun the work yet. My husband asked to leave a message for the Store Manager to call us. He never did. Every time we called to get a status the people we needed to speak to were always conveniently with customers. Here we are now, finally have it back after two weeks. While my husband was there to pick it up we wanted a 10% discount due to all the run around and when the store manager had to be called in to approve he was less than pleasant. I don't know yet if the new air conditioner works. I do know that I will be looking elsewhere for service. The only pleasant thing about any of this was Andy in the service department. He at least was honest and truly felt bad about the whole thing.
