- KFKim FentonApr 18, 20265.0Very honest and reliable people here! I’ve been coming to Mavis 2x/year for years to put snow tires on and off. Last November, a mistake happened with my summer tires (we’re human, things happen) but the manager was absolutely great about making it right. However, our solution couldn’t be enacted until I came back in the spring to actually put summer tires back on. My fiance was very skeptical. But I just went in, and everything was exactly as agreed upon, even though it was 5 months later. The guy said he remembered me and my customer notes had the exact remedy we discussed in November. Got it all done with no problems! We all make mistakes but a good business will make things right. Thanks again to the Mavis guys.
