I went to the store located on Broadway the same place I went to get an oil change and NYS Inspection. Again, I met with John the Manager who after I told him what I needed and about my coupon he said we can do that and I pulled the car in for service. Once the work began they great staff informed me of every step along the way. The service didn't take long and the service was GREAT as before the staff was professional and very knowledgeable. I will be going back there again for sure when I have to get another oil change. Inn addition I will be going there again to get my second car serviced. The whole staff was great and very efficient thank you all

I would expect better out of an apprentice who has been wrenching for a month. But hey, maybe Valvolines Foreman has under a month of experience. Do not take your car here, go anywhere else.
