- JKJodie KurenskyJan 5, 20261.0The owner of this establishment lacks HONOR, INTEGRITY and ACCOUNTABILITY. My vehicle sustained damage to the exhaust system due to negligentful management and staff. I requested a business card, letterhead something with the owners name email address or phone number and was denied. I was never afforded the opportunity to discuss the event with the owner. The Manager hid in the office, refused to answere the phone after multiple attempts by myself and the VALVOLINE claims department. I provided all documentation as instructed by the claims department along with photos and phone numbers. I never received a call from the owner or the manager, no apology for the unprofessional treatment, but it didn't appear to bother the staff who were smoking marijuana outside the building during their work shift. This is the type of treatment you can expect from all 4 of his location. Integrity to the core, Jodie Kurensky Have to choose stat to have it posted .

I mentioned that I don't want them to check any of the air filters but to just do the oil change, and top-off my fluids. They said ok, It appeared that someone was being trained so it was taking much longer than usual. Then I noticed that they were removing the air filters that I told them not to check and asked me if I wanted to replace them. I said no, just the oil change. Meanwhile I noticed other customers leaving that came after me. I stayed calm and waited for them to finish. I paid my bill then they finally showed me the oil dipstick and it was dirty. Because I was in a hurry I said ok. They closed my hood and open the garage door for me to leave. Another worker told the service person that was working on my vehicle that they left the engine cover off, so they asked me to open my hood and then they placed the cover in place. This was not a good experience and I will go to my dear dealer or another but better service center to get future oil changes.
