    Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.Took me early and stuck with in my budget to help me get a new tire because I had a flat .Definitely would return

    Had a flat tire and it was 6:55 and they closed as at 7. They were the nicest guys! Couldn't believe they didn't make me leave it there but they took my car back and replaced the back tire. Would go back for sure!!

    On a late afternoon I noticed a nail in my tire. I tried stopping at multiple tire places on Transit road. Places either closed by 4 pm or were super busy. I called Monroe on French road. They were able to take me right away. They tried to fix the leak from the nail. Due to the positioning of the nail, I had to get a new tire. Luckily they had a similar tire for purchase. As a busy mom of young children, efficiency and short wait time is essential. Jon the manager was amazing! I’m so grateful for this location. They were professional and fairly priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Had to get radiator and a couple other things replaced, was originally quoted for roughly $800, then the price got jacked up to $1390 after labor. Couldn't afford to get it out do to being in between jobs, so new management offered to just give it back to me for $800 just to get it out of the lot. However, when I went to pick the car up, the switched it back to the full price which I was stuck paying. All In all, service costs money, but don't bait and switch me when I come to pick the car back up.
