  The manager was great, he went out his way to find and pick up my tires and install them all on the same day. This location on Harlem Rd is my new go to!

  I cant warn people enough not to go here. I came to this location about two weeks ago to get my brakes and rotors done, they wanted, if i remember correctly, a little over $1500 initially. The manager, Alvin, took it down to $1300, which I appreciate. I pay them, drop the car off, then get a phone call from the other technician telling me I need two calipers and then I need to pay another $900. I talk to Alvin again, he agrees that this is a really high price for two calipers and drops it down to a bit over $500. The work gets done, 9 days later i have a new, worse problem with my brakes. I cant press them like normal, I have to actually FORCE the pedal down. At this point, I can still get my pedal to the floor. I bring it back, they tell me a need now I need a new master cylinder and brake booster, that the parts are not easy to come by, and now my brake wont gp all the way down. A few days go by, I speak to some people, ask questions on reddit, look on Google, and ask chatgpt some questions about this situation and everything seems to think this is suspicious and that I should see what the cost to repair this would me. A friend of mine contacts another shop and they tell them $971 after tax, labor and everything, even with the parts being difficult to find for my vehicle. I get back with Monro and you know that they want? $1700! Do not go here they will rob you! Edit: I made this post a couple of hours ago and have called the shop my friend got in contact with myself to confirm the price. They dropped the price even more because they found a cheaper part. $885.

  Just wanted to give a quick review on my experience. I came in with a nail in my tire and the gentleman at the front desk came out and told me that the tire is not fixable because of where the nail is . Tried selling me a tire for 180 dollars with instalation. I knew something wasn't right and they were trying to take advantage of me. Ended up going to Fox Tire on William Street. Fixed my tire for 30 bucks. Very disappointed and I will never step my foot in this place
