- CYCody YapleOct 20, 20251.0It's 8:10 AM So far the employees have been on the clock for 10 minutes and haven't even so much as turned the lights on or the alarm system off I was here 3 minutes prior to opening to (hopefully) make it to work after I grabbed what I needed and didn't see a single employee enter the building until the time that doors are supposed to be open to public. Guess I'll be swinging back after work to get the parts I showed up early for, how fun!

I noticed the AutoZone and went in there to see if they were able to help. The guy working at the counter (I wish I could remember his name, but I was so distraught) was able to direct me to an auto shop to call. Thanks to him, I was able to find an incredible shop that could help me that day and did not take advantage of the situation. I wish I could thank him for helping me out in a tough situation and for being so kind to me.

I just want to give a shout out to the young girl who helped me this morning as I needed a new battery for my truck as well as a new battery for my travel trailer. I believe the young girl's name was "Kat"? She took care of me right away and was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She replaced the battery on my truck immediately and was very patient in the process. She did a great job and was happy to answer some questions I had asked her. I am in no way related to Kat but please give her a raise and possibly a promotion. She has taken care of me before and I've been satisfied with her and hope she is still there whenever I need to stop in again! Yours Truly, Tony
