- BWBriget WhippleJan 5, 20261.0Ed replaced my windshield today and was supposed to drop my car off to me at work. Paid him after he was finished replacing it and never heard from him again. Left my car at my house without telling me the plans had changed and ignored my many calls and texts trying to find out where the hell they left my keys. My friend calls and he answers right away and said “oh I meant to leave her a message, the keys are in the gas thing” like ???? What happened to bringing me my car? Good thing my friend can give me a ride home from work or else I’d be stranded. Very unprofessional. Idc if their prices are good, I’ll be going to safelite from now on. Completely unbelievable. DO NOT USE THEM.

When asked would they come back to fix what they broke they agreed but blocked my number and calls and won’t respond to my text messages either glass is shattered all inside my truck they didn’t do a good job at all! My trunk won’t close on a brand new dodge durango! Had to tie my trunk down with a cord because it keeps popping open when I drive. Would never recommend!!
