Brought them in to return them and was given a receipt and told the money would go back on the card I used for the purchase. Then I received an email with a digital gift card. Went back in the store and asked why it went on a gift card and not the card I made the purchase with, as I already got the correct parts and just wanted my money back.. and I was given a phone number to call and was told they'll send a check.. there was No problem taking my money, before I even pick up the order. the order I pick up is wrong because the website was wrong. So I had to purchase more parts, costing more money. And now have to call and most likely wait for a check in the mail which will take 7-10 business days.. such a joke! It's 2025. The whole point of an online order is for convenience, this experience was everything but that.. never again.
