But, when I arrived they still didn't have the truck I reserved. The receptionist searched for another truck from another location and they brought the truck to this location. Yet, it was 45 minutes past my reservation time and made me late to the location where I needed the truck.

Our company rents 5-10 vans a week from them for 3-4 months a year so we have experience with them. If calling for customer service issues, definitely ask for Nancy (the awesome branch manager). Please don't talk with the district manager (Nancy's supervisor). Rude, inconsiderate, condescending, extremely impatient, and the sole reason for ending our ongoing business with Penske. We are going to take our business elsewhere, and we strongly suggest you do the same.
