- AAAndrayFeb 15, 20262.0Usually very slow. Every employee work super slow and the line is usually long. On e i wanted in line for 10 minutes for battery test and they told me they need to clear the line before dealing with me . This cause me to chose Advance Auto instead. Ordering online for pickup is even worst as nobody pick the order and you have to physically go and wait another 30 minutes before you get the order. Management doesn't seem to care either. I only use them if i have no other choice. Regardless this is just my experience at the same store for 3 years.
- AVAwaken VisionJan 29, 20264.0The gentleman who installed tge car battery was quick and accurate with installation. The service person was knowledgeable as to what was needed. Didn't give 5 STARS, simply because not every worker was polite or helpful. Only a handful were willing to assist.
