  Had a tire bubble and went in for a change, turned out I needed two. Mike was incredibly helpful and honest with what I needed including pictures of the second tire for proof and pointing me towards decently priced tires. There was a small situation where I overpaid due to their being a sale and Mike went above and beyond to make sure I got that refunded and only paid for the amount needed. Honestly a really nice guy very trustworthy and would recommend if you don’t wanna go somewhere and deal with sleazy car ppl. Everything was sorted out and transparent. The prices at mavis can be a little high but as far as employees go can’t get better!

  I walked into mavis and dealt with DAVE he’s understanding and he’s sense of reality and utter confidence just had me blown away at that moment I knew my car was in good hands mavis hands most off all Dave’s hands. I never said this before but if I’m reincarnated my only wish would be to come back as Dave. As closing i will hold this moment close to my mind and heart forever and wish all my days could be spent at mavis tire. Once again there are men then there’s Dave

  I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like I just experienced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The person at the front desk was extremely rude. I walked into the store and said “good morning” twice, and his response was, “I’m in the middle of something.” I said okay, and then he asked what I needed. He barely listened to me, grabbed his phone, and made a call to another customer trying to sell something while I was still standing there waiting. After about 10 minutes, he finished the call and said, “What’s up?” I told him I had already explained what I needed, and instead of apologizing, he told me to “calm down,” as if I was the one causing a problem. He then checked his computer and told me the tires were not even there yet. This whole situation could have been avoided if he had simply checked that from the start instead of making me wait for no reason. Just so you know, I’m canceling my order. I would rather wait another three days for tires somewhere else than go back there. If this place has good reviews, I honestly question how accurate they are, because my experience was unacceptable. Pd:this problem was today Friday April 10 in the morning between 9 - 10am so you can relate which employee was there working at the time. Want more customers?? Start maybe getting more qualified people for the job.
