If there is something they can't do they recommend local shops who can assist further based on their customers recommendations. I appreciate that they don't go beyond their expertise and create bigger problems like some shops have been known to do. I've been to a few Mavis locations. This one is by far the best and most professional. They also go out of their way to get you the best possible deals.

- UOUmut ObaDec 19, 20251.0I definitely do not recommend coming here. I came for an oil change on December 19, 2025, and I had purchased my own motor oil. While they were changing my car's oil, I saw that they were using a different oil that belonged to them instead of the motor oil I had brought, and I immediately told them they needed to change it. Please make sure they use the motor oil and filter you provide when performing the oil and filter change.I don't know if he did it on purpose or if he forgot.
