  Our experience renting this time was actually the smoothest I have ever had in over 35 years. We worked with Matt and he was just the best and now I'm his fan an by extension Enterprise! Thank you so much!

  I deceived executional service from the beginning of this journey to the last moment of needing a rental car. ENTERPRISE is top tier in my book. I would definitely use ENTERPRISE again.

  Worst experience at an enterprise I've ever had. I've been a long time customer of enterprise and honestly if it wasn't for corporate or the Bohemia location, I might have never rented a car from them again thanks to this location and the assistant manager, Mike. He didn't like it when I said he wasted my time so he proceeded to try saying I damaged the rental. I wound up sending pictures to corporate and then going to the Bohemia location who both agreed that it was rust from awhile ago and no fault of mine. Mike also tried threatening that the other offices would be the same way. Oh and every time Mike talked to me he would proceed to walk in front of me with his face turned away so I couldn't hear him. I asked numerous times for him to face me because I have a hearing impairment and he just chuckled and continued to talk and mumble so I couldn't hear him. Terrible service, high ego. I hope corporate actually brings my complaint to upper management like they said they would, but I'm going to warn the rest of you. Stay clear of Centereach and Mike. Go check out the phenomenal Bohemia location instead, ask for Thomas he's super nice and extremely professional.

  My husband and I went there and received terrible service. We were in the front desk area for over 30 minutes waiting for Matthew Feltman supposably the branch manager who was the worst at managing. He would speak with us and in between take phone calls making us wait. When he finally took care of us we were advised we needed $600 on the card before we get the rental and we needed insurance paperwork and a license then we can get the vehicle. My husband and I made sure we had $600 in the card and we had to deal with someone else to write up the rental and after I advised I needed the paperwork and I needed him to look over the vehicle with me before we take it just in case it had scratches or anything then he tells us I need a utility bill??? This process was over an hour long, I advised my husband to let’s just go someplace else and when we did the other rental company advised me there was not enough funds on the card and I said how is that, well it so happened that enterprise didn’t give us a card yet took $600 of our $, mind you before we left the terrible rep said they didn’t touch our $ as there was no transaction done. My husband and I went back and they were very rude and said there’s nothing they can do that we have to wait a few days for the bank to give us back our deposit on a rental we never received. My husband and I became very irate and they told us to calm down and we said calm down it’s not your $ they took without a rental. This place was disgustingly disappointing, especially when my husbands car was in the body shop and we needed the rental. Never go there, tons of other rental locations with actual customer service.
