They were even able to save my old tire sensor which saved me $119! Highly recommend!
- AGAnthony GentileDec 25, 20251.0Despite the good reviews, avoid this place during peak days/hours. The “assistant manager” has strange and questionable people skills. He even stated at one point “I’m the assistant manager but they left me here to take care of the store by myself”. Yeah, and? He said this TO A CUSTOMER! Why? At one point he went to the back and told the crew “I’ve got a customer yelling at me to get the car done”. He comes back to the customer and she goes “I’m not yelling or angry”. He told her this exact thing: “Oh I know, I just do that so they feel the same stress and anxiety that I do so they can get on my level.” This alone should get him demoted. Don’t go here. The even stranger thing is that he wasn’t alone, there was a manager there. Who also said an odd thing: “I’m the manager at a different store sorry. I don’t know where anything even is”. Good grief. Also, it cost me $110 for an oil change. Thad it. No rotation. Nothing checked. But they decided to not reattached the engine access/splash guard and I heard it flapping and scrapping a couple days later. Honestly, I won’t go back again. Rather go elsewhere or just start spending the time and doing it myself. What a joke. On me I guess after paying the bill.

I walked out happy with the new tires but noticed within a couple hours a strange vibration in the vehicle as I travelled at higher speeds. I contacted Mavis same day and spoke with the manager Anthony. He recommended I come back in first thing in the morning on the 17th for them to have a look. Anthony greeted me, got my vehicle right in and performed a rebalancing himself. I tested the car at higher speeds right after the second service and the issue was completely fixed. Anthony gave exceptional customer service and his complete attention to my matter. Thank you Anthony for all your help and instilling a genuine old fashioned kind of customer care!
